The Committee on Small Business will hold a remote hearing titled: “What Comes Next? PPP
Forgiveness.” The hearing is scheduled to begin at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021
via the Zoom platform (information to be provided).
The hearing will update Members on the loan forgiveness phase of the Small Business
Administration’s (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Members will also learn about
legislative and administrative efforts to continue streamlining the forgiveness process for
borrowers and lenders.
