The hearing will allow Members to learn about SBA’s Office of Credit Risk Management
(“OCRM”), which was codified during the 115th Congress as part of the Small Business 7(a)
Lending Oversight Reform Act of 2018. Members will also be able to explore the current
administrative challenges facing OCRM, as well as ways to continue strengthening the Office
and its operations.
