The SBA’s 68 district offices and ten regional offices are the point of delivery for most SBA
programs and services. They work to accomplish the SBA mission by providing quality service
to the small business community; and work with SBA resources partners, other partners and
intermediaries. The Office of Field Operations is responsible for overseeing these offices to
ensure the agency meets its mission to serve small businesses and entrepreneurs all over the
nation. This hearing will provide Members the opportunity to learn more about the office and
review its structure and performance.
